Our dynamic car control course is a very exciting and fun training course that will teach drivers how to control a car under emergency conditions at high speeds. Accidents can happen at high speeds, not because drivers don’t react in time but because they do not understand how a car behaves during the emergency. This can lead to cars spinning out of control on busy dual carriageways and twisty rural roads.

The dynamic car control course will explain the causes and effects of different types of skids and loss of control situations. Pulse Driver Training will teach you skid prevention and control that will help to avoid complete loss of control. We will also explain how ABS works and helps you in an emergency and what ESP is and how it works to keep the car under control.

The course contains different exercises that will allow drivers to experience skidding, loss of control situations and high speed dynamic manoeuvres with and without the use of the ABS and ESP safety systems. Once these exercises have been completed drivers will have a better understanding of how a car behaves in these situations and what to do should the worse happen.

This course can be taken in Pulse’s specialist car or the client's car if they wish. Using the client's car for some of the course could be beneficial as this will give the client experience of the handling characteristics and safety systems of the vehicle they mainly drive.

The training is held at the airfield and will last for around 1 hour. Longer sessions can be arranged.
